For those of you who are not followers of Aristotle and have been involved in accidents we have many years experience in providing service to clients that have had accidents. If you have had an accident and you are unsure whether or not you are entitled to compensation the first thing is to take advice from your Solicitor. We are not in the business of advising people to take frivolous or risky cases and we will give every Client a full and detailed opinion of their case to include if necessary advices from Senior Counsel. In many case's it will be obvious at an early stage if a case is going to succeed or fail. Your Solicitor will advise you at all stages of the process and will in most cases obtain advice from Barristers specialising in the particular type of action that you have been involved in.
